StillBloom ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application StillBloom (the "App").

Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the information you authorize those services to share (typically your name and email).

Photos and Media. When you use our AI generation features, your photos are sent to our servers for processing. We process these images solely to provide the service. Original photos are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Generated Content. AI-generated images and videos you create may be stored on our servers to enable features such as your gallery and sharing. You can delete your generated content at any time.

Usage Data. We collect anonymized usage data to improve our service, including feature usage patterns, generation preferences, and app performance metrics.

Purchase Information. If you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features, including AI-powered image and video generation
• To manage your account and provide customer support
• To process your subscription and track your credit balance
• To enable sharing features such as style sharing between users
• To improve our service and develop new features
• To send you service-related communications

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the App:

• Google Firebase — for authentication, data storage, and cloud functions
• AI Model Providers — we send your photos to AI model providers (such as Google Gemini, Replicate, FAL, and others) for image and video generation. These providers process your images under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements
• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — for account authentication

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may delete your generated content at any time through the App. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except as required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Delete your generated content at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library. Camera access is used solely to capture photos for AI transformation within the App. Photo library access is used to select existing photos for transformation and to save generated content. Microphone access is used only when you choose to record audio for talking video add-ons. These permissions can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
